oh man, that sucks. also, it looks like that the new mac books still have that flaw of having excessive thermal paste applied to their chips, making them run hotter by 10-15 degrees celsius.

It's too late now but never buy extra RAM from a computer manufacturer (Dell, Apple, whomever). They really get you. That same 2GB is about $150 if you order it elsewhere.
